Curry is believed to have originated from India, because the word “curry” in Tamil means gravy, which is why you often see Indians using curry as gravy for their rice and bread.
However, ever since the original recipe has spread all over the world, curry recipes have evolved and adapted to suit many tastebuds, and every country that has curry will have their own unique best curry recipe.
And in South East Asia, it’s no different. And here in Singapore, we have a Singapore’s best curry recipe.
Again, that has some variation. But here’s my version of the best curry recipe from Singapore.
